SuperMemo is a method d' training computer-assisted based on research in the long-term memory. It gives to l' learning d' an optimal plan of the repetition during their studies. The repetition is crucial for the conservation of the knowledge, because it prevents l' lapse of memory. By analyzing the processes of retention and l' lapse of memory for each individual user, SuperMemo finds the best moment to examine documentation.
